●パーキンソン病の歩行障害は疾患初期から認め，疾患の進行とともに顕著になり，多要因が関与するようになる

●歩行障害の評価は，対象者に応じて課題や環境を設定し，動作と内面の変化を捉える視点が重要である

●薬物治療と理学療法の併用はパーキンソン病の歩行障害の改善に有用である
