3歳未満の子を持つ女性向け「育児動作困難感尺度（difficulty scale of childcare：DiSC）」の信頼性および併存的妥当性の検証

要旨　3歳未満の子を持ち，肩こりまたは腰痛のある女性を主な対象として試作した「育児動作困難感尺度（difficulty scale of childcare：DiSC）」を確立することを目的に，同尺度の信頼性および併存的妥当性を検証した．DiSCは「抱っこ」などの9つの育児動作からなり，各動作の困難感を対象者に回答してもらった．回答の選択肢は「0点：肩こり・腰痛があってもまったく困難・支障はない」〜「3点：肩こり・腰痛のため，苦痛が強く私には行えない」の4件法とした．3歳未満の子を持つ女性のうち，DiSC，肩こり・腰痛強度，疼痛生活障害評価尺度（Pain Disability Assessment Scale：PDAS）のすべてに回答した404人（33±3.5歳）を解析した．項目反応理論に基づくテスト情報関数より，DiSCは育児動作困難度が平均以上の人に対して良好な測定精度を示した．また，肩こり・腰痛強度よりも（それぞれr＝0.27，0.34），同じ活動制限の尺度であるPDASと強く相関した（r＝0.77）．以上より，DiSCは信頼性と併存的妥当性を有する尺度であることが確認された．
