●足部・足関節の傷害や解剖学的構造異常は歩行時の異常な足部・足関節運動の原因となる

●足部を単一の剛体ではなく多関節から構成されていることを考慮した評価と治療が必要である

●構造的および機能的な観点から評価・治療を行うことで,歩行障害の改善を図ることが必要である
