Point

●歩行中の転倒,骨折を防ぐには,各個人のもつリスク因子に合わせた,多角的アプローチやバランス,歩行,筋力などを含んだ複合的な運動トレーニングが有効である

●転倒中に生じる身体の回転により,骨折の危険性を少なくできる可能性がある

●歩行観察においては,重心の運動方向と速度を考慮に入れた評価視点も重要である
