がん・腫瘍疾患の理学療法介入に必要なフィジカルアセスメント

はじめに

　現在，がん罹患者は増加しているものの，化学療法など治療の進歩で生存率が向上している．がんのリハビリテーションは，手術前後の介入だけでなく，化学療法・放射線治療による体力の低下・維持に対する介入も求められる．終末期の患者では，ADL向上によって満足度が高まる^1）．また，「がんロコモ」も注目され，リハビリテーションの必要性が広がっている．本稿では，進行がん患者を対象に，高額な機器を用いず実施可能なフィジカルアセスメントを述べる．
