●パーキンソン病の運動症状と運動合併症の多くは治療法の進歩により改善している

●姿勢異常は運動症状の1つで薬物療法，手術療法およびリハビリテーションの有効性が報告されているが確立していない

●姿勢異常に対するリハビリテーションプログラムの確立のため基礎的な研究が報告されている
