レビー小体型認知症発症初期からの症状変化とその対応

　レビー小体型認知症（dementia with Lewy bodies：DLB）は，アルツハイマー型認知症（Alzheimer's disease：AD）に次いで多い変性性認知症である．他の認知症と比較して，介護負担が大きく^1），うつ状態の割合^2）や入院^3）・転倒リスク^4）も高いため，疾病管理上の課題を多く抱えている．
