●超高齢社会に突入し，脊椎外科手術は増加し，低侵襲化が進んでいる

●薬物療法では，病態に基づいた治療（mechanism based treatment：MBT）が重要である

●運動療法では，患者と目標を共有し，患者の意欲を高め，自主性を促す
