Point

●残存機能を正しく評価し,目標設定をすることが重要である

●歩行能力を最大限に向上させるためには,Task specificity(課題特異性),Dose-dependent(運動量依存),Corticospinal modulation(皮質脊髄路による運動調節),Feasibility(実現可能性)の4項目を意識する

●歩行練習は,目的と目標を明確にして,患者と意思共有を図ることが大切である
