●Hydrodissection/Hydroreleaseの有効性に関するエビデンスが蓄積されつつある

●Hydroreleaseの効果を持続させるためにはその後の理学療法が重要であり，神経を線としてdynamicに捉えることが必要である

●1つの神経のみでなく，隣接する他の神経も含めグループとして捉える広い視点が重要である
