Point

●腱板損傷に対する理学療法の目的は関節拘縮の改善と損傷した腱板筋の代償である

●関節拘縮では筋の伸張性のみならず，関節や筋，神経，血管周囲の疎性結合組織の密性化が問題になる

●超音波エコーにより軟部組織を確認しながら徒手療法を行うことで，的確な理学療法の可視化が可能になる
