Point

●上殿皮神経起因の腰殿部痛には，複数の病態が存在する

●上殿皮神経起因の腰殿部痛の特徴は，殿部の皮膚操作で痛みが変化する所見を認めることである

●どの病態で疼痛が生じているのかを評価し，病態に応じた理学療法を行うことが重要である
