Point

●疼痛は「生物心理社会モデル」に基づき捉えることが重要である

●変形性膝関節症（膝OA）の疼痛は，侵害受容性疼痛，神経障害性疼痛，非特異的疼痛，さらには中枢性感作など多様な側面を含む病態である

●膝OAの疼痛に対する治療として，身体機能面的な改善のみに固執することなく，さまざまな要因のマネジメントが重要である
