Point

●膝蓋-大腿関節の評価は，内側大腿-脛骨関節・外側大腿-脛骨関節の運動の特性を理解することが必要である

●変形性膝関節の患者に特徴的な大腿-脛骨関節の動きと膝蓋骨との関係性を理解する

●股関節・足部との関係性を理解することで，適正な膝蓋骨を伴うエクスセンターメカニズムの再建を行うことが変形性膝関節の治療に重要である
