Point

●看護師のタッチはリラクセーションや癒しを目的とし，理学療法士のタッチは身体機能の改善を目的とすることが多い

●「間主観的」にタッチすることで，自律神経や運動神経が同調し，疼痛やストレスの緩和効果が得られる

●適切なタッチにより患者のオキシトシン分泌が促され，ストレス緩和やリラックス，疼痛緩和，免疫活性などの効果がある
