Point

●ライトタッチは，体性感覚情報に基づく姿勢制御であり，年齢や障害にかかわらず，身体動揺を減少させる効果がある

●ライトタッチは，下肢筋活動をあまり減少させることなく，安定性を高める効果があり，バランス能力を高める介入手段として有用である

●肩の高さでのinterpersonal touchは，身体動揺を最も減少させることが示されており，臨床場面でも患者の歩行介助に応用できる
