呼吸理学療法における手技を整理してみよう

　従来呼吸理学療法においては，軽打法（いわゆるパーカッション）や呼吸介助といった種々の呼吸理学療法手技が行われている．しかし，同じ方法を行っているにもかかわらず，異なる呼称で呼ばれていたり，適応が明確にならないまま実施されていたりと，一部その整合性・有効性に疑問を呈されることもあった．

　そのため，2008年に呼吸理学療法手技の用語・方法を再定義しその適応を提示するために『呼吸理学療法標準手技』^1）が刊行された．2021年現在においても呼吸理学療法の手技に鑑みる際，礎となる書であるので，臨床場面においてもぜひ活用してほしい．
