Point

●大腿骨近位部骨折は骨粗鬆症の最大の合併症であり，受傷機転の約80％は転倒である

●大腿骨近位部骨折後に起きる再骨折の多くは初発の骨折後1年以内に生じているため，退院後も継続した身体機能の維持・改善が重要である

●骨粗鬆症リエゾンサービスにおける理学療法士の重要な役割は，本骨折後患者の再転倒予防のための転倒リスク評価や運動指導である
