Point

●フレイルは要介護へと進展する可能性が高い一方で，適切な介入によって改善することが可能とされる

●運動プログラムの実施により，各種身体機能の向上および各種有害健康転帰の抑制効果が期待できる

●運動プログラムの効果を高めるためには，レジスタンス運動を取り入れ，十分な総実施時間の確保が必要となる
