Point

●認知症は近時記憶障害や見当識障害,言語障害,実行機能障害など多彩な症状を呈する疾患であり,認知機能の低下をより早期に発見して適切な対応をとる必要がある

●軽度認知障害の段階では,認知機能が正常範囲へ回復する可能性があり,生活習慣の見直しや運動習慣の構築,脳刺激を目的とした知的活動,二重課題トレーニングなどの取り組みが有効である

●認知症の重症化予防には,認知症患者への対応だけでなく,家族や介護者,医療介護関係者の接し方の工夫,環境調整などが重要である
