Point

●「組織学的軟部組織の滑走」の障害は，組織間の滑走不全による障害と滑走頻度の増加（滑走過多）による障害に分けられる

●滑走過多による代表的な疾患は狭窄性腱鞘炎（ドケルバン腱鞘炎，ばね指）である

●障害部位の病態を把握し，適切な治療を行うことが肝要である
