●Clinical Reasoning（臨床推論）とは臨床行為の理由づけである．重要なのはほとんど無意識のうちに頭の中で行っている診療上の思考過程を，論理的に言語化することである

●肩関節周囲炎の症例では，複数の病態仮説に対して治療プログラムを立案する必要があり，治療を進めながら重複している病態仮説を選択していく必要がある

●肩関節周囲炎は，各周期によっても病態や制限因子も変化するため現段階での病態把握と治療プログラムだけではなく，その後の変化を予測し仕事や家事などの参加についても対策や指導が必要となる
