がんに起因する骨の脆弱性に対する理学療法

Point

●がん患者が四肢体幹の疼痛を訴えた場合には常に病的骨折・切迫骨折など骨脆弱性の高い状態であることを念頭に置き，安静度の拡大を図る場合はあらかじめリスクの説明を行う必要がある

●病的骨折の発生するリスクとその管理について十分な情報収集を行い，疼痛や骨折のリスクがどのようなときに高まるのか把握・分析したうえで，機能障害を起こさない動作方法・介助方法を指導することが大切である

●身体機能を向上させることばかりに注力せず，安全に動ける環境調整や楽に動ける動作や手順の習得をめざすこともリハビリテーションの大切な役割である
