Point

●理学療法士は高度急性期医療において，重症患者を“生活者”として捉え，ADLの維持，改善，再獲得に多職種でかかわり，QOL改善をめざすことを目的としている

●ICUに入室する重症患者にとって，痛み，不穏／鎮静，せん妄，不動，睡眠障害が問題となる

●高度急性期医療チームにおける理学療法士の役割は，理学療法が必要な患者の主治医に対して適切な理学療法の導入を提案することである
