●多職種共通の栄養評価に基づいた適切な運動負荷量の設定と情報共有を協働で行う

●病態・栄養管理・身体機能を踏まえた予後予測と低栄養症例への早期離床が必要である

●栄養状態を把握できるリンクセラピストの配置とシームレスな栄養サポートチームおよびリハビリテーション栄養の実践が重要である
