Point

●腱板機能テストは側臥位での肩関節挙上運動が有用である

●肩関節挙上運動初期の肩甲骨下方回旋運動に着目する

●腱板機能の改善が期待できない患者では，肩関節挙上運動初期における肩甲骨下方回旋運動が獲得をめざすべき代償運動である
