Point

●高齢者は筋力低下により日常生活活動制限を来す危険性が高くなる

●高齢者の筋力低下には筋骨格系因子や神経系因子に加え,代謝・内分泌系因子や感覚機能,個人因子など,さまざまな因子が関与している

●筋力低下はフレイルやロコモティブシンドロームの主たる要因である
