Point

●VRの種類には非没入型,没入型,さらには拡張現実があり,リハビリテーション介入に応用されている

●VRを用いた介入では安価で簡易的なゲーム機を使用したものが多いが,脳卒中片麻痺患者への麻痺側上肢機能への効果は示されているものの,バランス機能への効果は低く,今後のさらなる検討が必要である

●近年では,脳卒中片麻痺患者に対する拡張現実を使用した視覚性運動錯覚の効果が報告されており,iPadを使用して行えるため,臨床で実施しやすい介入方法である
