Point

●修正版Hoehn-Yahrの重症度分類に応じて，大脳基底核を介したもしくは介さない神経回路を意識した理学療法を展開する必要がある

●理学療法は，二次的機能障害・動作障害だけでなく進行予防にも効果を示す

●声かけや環境設定は即時的な効果がある一方で危険を孕むことを理解すべきである
