脳卒中片麻痺者の動作分析　起立動作

Point

●脳卒中片麻痺の起立動作はforce control strategyを選択し，その傾向は起立動作に難渋する重度麻痺を呈する片麻痺者においてより顕著である

●重度片麻痺者の起立動作は，軽度麻痺者よりも離殿前の股関節屈曲モーメントが小さく，離殿時の骨盤および胸郭前傾角度が大きい

●起立動作に難渋する片麻痺者の起立動作の達成には，高座位での脊柱伸展位を伴う股関節屈曲運動（胸郭前方変位）が有用な方法の一つである
