●がんはサルコペニアとフレイルを合併しやすく,その合併は機能予後および生命予後を不良にする
●評価可能な方法を用いて予後不良となるリスクが高い患者を早期に発見することが重要である
●サルコペニアとフレイルを有するがん患者には,対象疾患や介入時期を考慮したうえで,運動療法と栄養療法などの多面的な介入が必要である
