人工関節置換術後の軟部組織への考慮—人工股関節

　変形性股関節症の代償的な術前運動パターンの改善には単関節運動の獲得が重要である．エコーで術前や術後の軟部組織の状態を把握することは，理学療法を進めるうえで非常に有益であると考える．エコー画像を通じて股関節症の特徴的なエコー所見および人工股関節置換術の進入路，股関節周囲のエコー解剖を観察した後，股関節の単関節機能改善を目的とした軟部組織に対する運動療法を述べる．
