人工関節置換術後の患者満足度—人工膝関節

　人工膝関節置換術後の患者満足度は近年注目を集めている．患者が期待することは個人で異なり個別的な対応が必要になる．患者満足度に関連する要因は，① 痛み，② 破局的思考やメンタルヘルス，③ 患者の期待，④ 膝関節の機能と報告されている．痛みや膝機能は術後の理学療法に密接にかかわっているが，そこに注力すれば満足度が得られるわけでない．年齢や術前機能を考慮した患者の自己実現に向けた介入が必要である．
