Point

●広範囲熱傷・気道損傷患者の病態，病期の理解が重要となる

●広範囲熱傷・気道熱傷患者への理学療法により呼吸器合併症，関節拘縮，瘢痕形成を予防し日常生活活動を維持できる可能性がある

●日本熱傷学会より2021年に「熱傷診療ガイドライン 改訂第3版」が公開された．ガイドラインを活用した質の高い診療・リハビリテーションが求められる
