Point

●わが国における心臓外科術件数は年々増加しており，なかでも高齢患者が増加している

●プレハビリテーションは，術前に身体機能向上を図ることで手術侵襲による影響を最小限にし，心臓外科術後の回復を促す手段である

●高齢患者はフレイルを高率に合併するが，フレイルを合併した高齢患者に対するプレハビリテーションのエビデンスは十分ではなく，これからの課題である
