頸椎症性脊髄症

症例情報

●基本情報：70歳台，男性．

●診断名：頸椎症性脊髄症（cervical spondylotic myelopathy：CSM）．

●主訴：両手指のしびれ・巧緻性低下，歩行時のふらつき．

●現病歴：約2年前から手指のしびれを認めていた．2か月前から両手指の巧緻性低下を認める．その後，転倒を繰り返すようになり整形外科を受診し，CSMの診断を受ける．

●理学療法評価

　しびれ：両手指，握力（右/左）：21/24kg，腱反射：両膝蓋腱反射亢進，Grip and Release Test（右/左）：12/18回，Berg Balance Scale：39点．
