Point

●非アルコール性脂肪性肝疾患（non-alcoholic fatty liver disease：NAFLD）を予防または治療することは，肝硬変や肝癌だけでなく，心血管イベントや他臓器癌も予防することにつながる

●NAFLDはサルコペニアを伴うことがあり，運動療法はNAFLD治療の大きな柱である

●NAFLDや肝硬変に対する「肝臓リハビリテーション指針」が公開され，今後の発展が期待される
