Point

●身体活動・運動は，がんサバイバーの身体・精神機能や日常生活活動，QOLの改善などに有効である

●近年，身体活動や運動が，がんの発症予防や再発予防，生命予後の改善にも有効であることが明らかになってきている

●がんサバイバーに対しては，リスク管理を行いながら，レジスタンストレーニングや有酸素運動を積極的に実施していくことが重要である
