はじめに

 運動制御とは,随意運動をするために必要なさまざまな機能を調整することと定義される1).予測/フィードフォワード機能2)や固有感覚3),筋力4),反射5)などの運動制御機能は高齢化などにより低下し,機能低下は,腰痛の発症6)や再発の原因になるとされている.腰痛患者に理学療法を行うには,それぞれの機能について理解する必要がある.そこで,本稿では,体幹部の運動制御に影響を及ぼす機能を整理し,評価と運動療法について説明する.
