予測的および反応的姿勢制御戦略

●予測的姿勢制御(anticipatory postural adjustments:APAs)は,予測される姿勢動揺の相殺と効率的な重心の移動を目的に,姿勢動揺の予測の確度が高いほど効果的に調整される
●反応的姿勢制御は,姿勢動揺に関する種々の感覚入力をもとに,姿勢安定性の復元を目的に,ゴール志向に影響する予測,指示,注意,あるいは心理状態(不安など)に合わせて調整される
●APAsに対してはAPAsの低下を可能な限り抑制した条件下での反復練習が,反応的姿勢制御に対してはperturbation-based balance training(PBT)を実生活に類似した種々の課題設定で行うことが重要である
