Point

●ヒトは静止立位保持においても全身の関節が協調的に作用することで身体重心位置のわずかなゆらぎを生み出している

●随意的に身体重心位置を移動した後に運動を停止するには,まず力学的な安定性を一時的に低下させ,力学的安定性を再獲得する必要がある

●上肢リーチ課題は指先位置の制御と身体重心位置の制御の両者を要するため,機能的な運動制御をトレーニングする課題として有用となる
