Point

●人は関節や筋など制御されなければならない多くの自由度をもつ

●運動協調とは，リーチや歩行などの意図した動作を行うために必要な，複数の身体部位の協調的な運動のことである

●動作達成のために各要素が独立しているのではなく関連し，さらに関連する要素は，機能的要求を満たすように相互に作用することで協調していると解釈できる
