Point

●移植腎の長期生着，生命予後改善には，生活習慣病や心血管疾患などの合併症の予防と身体機能・身体活動量の維持・改善が重要であり，運動療法が有用な可能性がある

●腎移植術後は早期にリハビリテーションを開始し，退院後も運動療法や身体活動量を高める取り組みを継続する

●透析期から移植後の長期にわたるシームレスな運動療法，疾患管理指導を行っていくことが理想である
