●睡眠障害は認知症の症状進行や介護者負担の増加の要因となる

●認知症高齢者の行動・心理症状（behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia：BPSD）への対応は，薬物療法における有害事象のリスクの観点から非薬物療法が優先される

●十分な強度での朝の光照射は認知症高齢者の睡眠障害を改善する可能性がある
