Point

●適切な関節運動は,組織損傷に対する自己修復を促進させる

●適度な運動は抗炎症作用の増加,骨腱付着部の病理的変化の防止,神経損傷軸索の再生や神経可塑性を促す

●変形性膝関節症者の歩行中の筋シナジー解析では関節負荷の増大が示唆され,理学療法評価の新たな指標となる可能性がある
