●心理的準備の状態は受傷前レベルでのスポーツ復帰の可否や，再受傷率に関連する

●心理的準備の状態は膝筋力，片脚立位バランス，片脚ホップ能力，下肢バイオメカニクスと関連する

●身体機能，バイオメカニクスの過大・過小，非対称性を改善し，心理的準備の向上をめざす
