健常高齢者におけるPosner課題反応時間の信頼性の検討

要旨　【目的】高齢者の空間性注意を評価するために，Posner課題反応時間を用いた空間性注意の評価が有用と考えられる．本研究の目的は，Posner 課題反応時間の健常高齢者での信頼性を明らかにすることとした．【方法】対象者は健常高齢者20名とし，Posner 課題を1セッション160試行，合計2セッション実施し反応時間を測定した．統計解析はBland-Altman分析，級内相関係数（intraclass correlation coefficients：ICC）のcase 1，最小可検変化量（minimal detectable change：MDC）の95％信頼区間であるMDC95の算出を行った．【結果】Bland-Altman分析の結果，系統誤差は認めなかった．ICC case 1はすべての条件で0.70以上となった．MDC95は74〜92msであった．【結論】健常高齢者を対象とした160試行のPosner課題では高い信頼性を得られることが明らかになった．また，Posner 課題反応時間の健常高齢者におけるMDC95が明らかになった．本研究の結果は，空間性注意の評価方法の確立に貢献すると考えられる．
