大腿骨近位部骨折患者における日本語版Cumulated Ambulation Scoreと術後短期的な歩行能力の関連性

要旨　【目的】大腿骨近位部骨折患者に対して日本語版Cumulated Ambulation Scoreを用いて算出した術後3日間の移動能力（以下，3-day CAS）と，術後短期的な歩行能力の関連性を明らかにする．【方法】2021年1〜12月に当院で加療された大腿骨近位部骨折患者214例を解析対象者とした．術後1週時，術後2週時，退院時の歩行能力の関連因子および歩行自立に必要な3-day CASのcut off値を分析した．【結果】解析対象者の平均年齢は85.8歳，女性164例であった．歩行能力（自立群の症例数／関連因子／3-day CASのcut off値）は，術後1週時が14例／年齢，3-day CAS／8.5点，術後2週時が47例／年齢，受傷前Motor items-Functional Independence Measure（M-FIM），受傷前Cognitive items-Functional Independence Measure（C-FIM），3-day CAS／7.5点，退院時が自立群81例／受傷前M-FIM，受傷前C-FIM，3-day CAS／6.5点であった．【結論】日本語版Cumulated Ambulation Scoreを用いて算出した3-day CASは大腿骨近位部骨折患者の短期的な歩行予後を予測する因子として有用であることが示唆された．
