●わが国は世界一の超高齢社会となり，多疾患による重複障害者［multimorbidity and multiple disability（MMD）患者］が増加している

●MMD患者のリハビリテーションでは，臓器連関に基づいたさまざまな留意点を理解しておく

●FITT-VP（頻度；frequency，強度；intensity，，時間；time，種類；type，運動量；volume，漸増／改訂；progression/revision）に基づいて過不足のないリハビリテーションを行う必要がある
