●心不全を合併した脳卒中患者に対する理学療法は増加しつつある

●脳卒中と心不全の病状を相互理解して理学療法を実施する必要がある

●脳卒中の再発や合併症の重症化を予防する視点が重要であり，多職種と連携したアプローチが望まれる
